Shelby, looking great at 227! And more comfortable too! Do you think your gains came faster or easier sitting at 240 this offseason?
Shelby, obviously you made adjustments to your eating, but what specifically? I know you were eating higher protein, higher fat, moderate carbs...what did you adjust? I know you prolly plan on carb cycling in the beginning, then transitioning into low carb or keto eating for the final go around for this upcoming season..am I correct?
