I cut all macros pretty significantly. Less meals, less protein, less carbs, less fat. What I'm doing now is about 275 protein per day, 100-150g carbs, and maybe 100g fat.Shelby, obviously you made adjustments to your eating, but what specifically? I know you were eating higher protein, higher fat, moderate carbs...what did you adjust? I know you prolly plan on carb cycling in the beginning, then transitioning into low carb or keto eating for the final go around for this upcoming season..am I correct?
You've made some crazy improvements in the arms dept, tri's especially, Shelby! Did you change your training in that regard?!?!
