2nd dog?

I have a 2 yr. old boston terrier who no matter how much I walk him he seems so bored. Wife thinks he needs a friend. would like to hear some feed back before i give in and commit to another dog.

I'd say go for it. There is a greater cost, but not much in terms of commitment of time / energy, IMO.

Dogs are pack animals and while you and other humans are the alpha, there's nothing that can replace another dog. You'll love watching them interact, I suspect.

For the first time ever I got a second dog a year ago. We have always had just one. To say the least I will never have less then two dogs again. THey get along, any seperation anxiety went away, it's very entertaining... It gives them a friend (corny i know)

ya deff if you can get another one they will play and be muc happier. look into french bulldogs they are about the same size and look a little diff i tink you would like it

Go to a shelter. Dogs pick "bffl" it might take a few trips but when it happpens it is amazing.

You can pick dogs the same age range and size and put them in a run to play together. They go nuts when the "find" a buddy!

I have 2 also and let me tell you they are never bored.
They're non stop fighting for attention. Crazy little monsters...

Amazon Doll had a great idea about going to a shellter. You not only make your dog happy but you save an other one as well.

good one , but an other pup would keep all three of them busy, especially the wife!!!

That is true, my wife is chasing them around the house right now
