I cant fuckin get some good pics taken i swear..ONe of the lights burnt out and you cant see any fuckin cuts in my legs....whatever though.....

big difference from the last pics i saw. side chest and back look much improved. arms look bigger too. calves still look good, but the legs seem to be a little behind in size. they are lean though. u look great, post somepics from last year for comparison.

This past week i can tell a world of difference in my physique....Just like my last contest the last 4 weeks things just started to peel off, except so did my muscle....But this time i am actually gettin bigger as a i am gettin leaner....Its crazy....I feel lazy and kinda shitty so i know things are goin good...started cardio too so thats makin a difference....

Bigbyrd- my legs felt small today and the way the pics came out made them look even smaller but they havent lost any size since the last 3 or 4 weeks though....My seperation is comin in all the way up to my hips but you cant tell from the pics....

Balplayer - thanks man that was the plan was to get bigger comin into the show and somehow it seems to be workin.....

Vander - Let me know when you guys are gonna do some posing...I could use some help in some areas....

I get so damn confused for some reason on how many weeks out i am...haha...i put 4 weeks though because i was still in week four....But today is Saturday so it is 3 weeks from today...ha i know that for sure...What show are you doing HOOPS??????

looking great bro getting deeper lines , hey you had mentioned your right eg being a tad bit bigger from jumping right , well on your front standing relaxed what if you T-stance with your left leg out in front more that might look better then standing relaxed with the feet in line. i could be wrong but i just learned a new trick on my side tri just last night gotta experiment
