thanks guys, but conditioning wise you think I am where I should be. I really haven't seen any significant changes in the last 2 or 3 weeks so I worry about this shit. I am a head case when it comes to being "on schedule" so let me know your thoughts.

Everything looks great but your biceps seems lagging in the side shot.

agreed. If you look at my front double you'll see my left arm is about 1/2 inch smaller then my right, but my left leg is bigger then my right go figure lol. I may hit the side chest from my stronger arm side, I have not decided. My body is weird that when I get a pump, it blows up alot, so that is a very important thing for me to do b4 getting on stage so hopefully that will help get some blood in there.
 
I share Phil comment, you do have good muscle quality. Your size is good and it all fits (symmetry). Ok now for the conditioning, if you are 3 weeks out from your show I see you as benind in this dept. At 3 weks there should be some better definition......now so as not to sound to critical here because lighting and cameras can be very unkind. It is hard to tell exactly from photos, but what I am seeing I'd put you 2-3 weeks behind. Just my honest opinion. You do look great though, The real stand out feature are your legs! You have a really good looking set of wheels there. You can try to up the cardio a bit and go a little harder on your diet to see how much you can pull back, it becomes harder as times slips away. Post up your pics before you go and try to get some better lights on you. You will look good with some color and oil. Good luck bro and you have got it going on, keep up the hard work!!

I politely disagree. I believe he is pretty much on schedule. His upper is almost ready to go, his legs are just little behind his upper. Nothing you can't pull off in three weeks. I am in no way saying you are ready, but you have plenty of time to BE ready. Just make sure you start seeing some changes and don't stay stagnant like you say you have been the last few weeks. Make some adjustments to the diet or cardio and you should be good to go. Good luck bro.

Thanks. My opinion is that I am close to being on schedule, my upper has been ready, legs will lean out once I cut back on the cardio (1.5hrs day now). I have lowered carbs and bumped the cardio from 70min/day to 90min the last week and will continue that into next week. I have been dieting for 16 weeks at this point and I really feel my body is starting to fight me at the end here.
 
Im impressed. I think your going to have to push yourself these last few weeks, but im sure you'll do more than OK.

I should have said KEEP pushing yourself.....didn't mean it how it sounded.

Pose alot too. I think it made a huge difference for me in just a couple weeks between shows.

Sounds good lol, I'm a goddamn headcase at this point. Posing practice starts hard core tomorrow at 3 weeks out. I try to get in 10-15min every night, that sound about right? I have been holding the front relaxed more then anything else since the judges usually keep you in that pose most of the time when they are switching you around and what not.

If you could hire some of PM experienced trainers for the 2 last weeks only I think it would fine tune you to bring your best to the stage. Looking great already, though...

I agree, i actually have to stand up more on my side chest to get my hams to pop out more. If i squat down, it really takes away from the top to bottom look. Basically like what your doing in your avatar.
 
i will experiment with that leg placing this weekend taking pics.

Alex- I am 100% confident in the guy who trains me, I am just a headcase and ask for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th opinions lol. I never change anything anyway it's more of a comfort thing these last few weeks. I need to get my xanex prescription refilled.
