I share Phil comment, you do have good muscle quality. Your size is good and it all fits (symmetry). Ok now for the conditioning, if you are 3 weeks out from your show I see you as benind in this dept. At 3 weks there should be some better definition......now so as not to sound to critical here because lighting and cameras can be very unkind. It is hard to tell exactly from photos, but what I am seeing I'd put you 2-3 weeks behind. Just my honest opinion. You do look great though, The real stand out feature are your legs! You have a really good looking set of wheels there. You can try to up the cardio a bit and go a little harder on your diet to see how much you can pull back, it becomes harder as times slips away. Post up your pics before you go and try to get some better lights on you. You will look good with some color and oil. Good luck bro and you have got it going on, keep up the hard work!!
