You got it bro I'm 5'8".With water loss I'm guessing I'll come in some where around 189-192.I'm 38 and have been lifting for three years.When I started I was 2 years clean from meth which I had been addicted to for gosh 10 years or so and I smoked 3 packs a day of marlboro reds.LOL!3 years ago I was 275 @about 30%,so I feel great knowing I'll be competeing in my first show.Damn all those years thrown away.I absolutely love this shit.(even the diet).I'm certainly not bragging just very proud at how hard I've worked and I just wnna get bigger

Going from meth to training to doing a show is a huge transition. You look nice and lean. You look right on track for 3 weeks out.

You resized them wrong. If you dont take the height and width down in the same percentage it distorts the pics. You can tell by looking at your head that the width does not match the height of the original pic. Some people do this to make themselves look bigger....but i think it was just an honest mistake.
