3000+ total test

Hey guys just looking for some answers and a little help.

My question is this, is having a total test level of over 3000 safe if all other levels are in balance? and if so how do all compounds make up total test on blood work or is it just test?

Also what is optimal numbers for total test. when i ran HRT dossage i felt great around 800-1000, but didnt see the increase in size and strength as i am now at 3000.

I have googled it and thats not the answer i was looking for. Im not a noob and been running cycles with blood work for a long time, but have never seen my test this high. Maybe is due to the extreme potency of an awesome sponsor, maybe its not. Im 6'5 260lbs and run 1/2 the gear most do and seeing a huge spike in my total test so im looking for a more definitive answer then Google provided.
