Workout was short and sweet! We have some young kid from Albany New York coming to squat with us tomorrow who is like 22 years old and missed a 1050 squat at 242. I can't wait to see this! I'll let you know if this kid is the real deal or if his lifts are bullshit. I guess he went 950-1000-1050 and he got called for depth of all his attempts. I will say one thing, the kid has a set of balls on him. He will have me Paul C and Joe D to help him learn how to squat in an canvas suit.
