No actual experiences using one, but from what I hear it's like 100-300lbs depending on the fit and experience maximizing how you use the suit.

No experience with canvas but a double play suit increased my squat by about 75 to 100lbs.

If you figure out how to use it properly and have a pair of briefs on underneath it could easily add 500lbs
