4 whole eggs a night before bed??

Is this ok? I been reading there is good benefits to the yoke. So I have been eating 4 eggs a night. Just seeing what people's opinions are.
 
Eggs are good. If they fit your macros East them when you want

I know that Dave Palumbo's cutting diet has people eating 5 whole eggs and 4 egg whites as the last meal of the day, so I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with your meal. However, his diet is high protein, mod fat, no carbs. If you are aiming for a low-carb diet, obviously, those eggs probably aren't a good fit. I'm a nobody, so take this for what it's worth, but I think you will get better advice if you post more info about your complete diet and physique objectives.
 
4 to 6 whole eggs...no problem!
 
i take my eggs, milk, oats when i wake up in the morning. before bed is always a protein shake.

IMO, you can eat a lot of fat like that if you don't eat carbs in the meal

This is true. A dozen eggs is like 60g fat, 60g protein and almost 0 carbs, so in the region of 780 calories. Mabey a bit more depending on the size of the eggs. Your probably not eating for at least 8 hours after so could easily be done even on the strictest of cuts if you like a filling meal pre bed.

Not sure what your "???" is about. I think Sammy was just using round numbers ("like 60g..."). But even using your macros, it comes out to almost the same in terms of total calories:

72g protein = 288 cals
54g fat = 486 cals
774 cals total, which is pretty close to his estimate of 780.
