Anybody try this type of diet. I have been using it lately and found it effective and easy to prepare foods this way. Only thing I changed the 40% from carbs to %40 protein.
Sample day I have been using.
meal 1. eggs, flaxseed toast with some almond butter,peice of cantalope
meal 2. protien shake mixed with straberries flax seed oil
meal 3. turkey sandwhich with flax seed bread, let,tomato, flax mayo,provolone chesse
meal4.turkey breast stuffed with spinich, a litte mozarella cheese, small apple
meal5. post wokout shake carbs protein NO FAT onlymeal
meal 6. fish, mix vegetables, small salad
Not going to get you shredded, but found it to be good off season to maintain weight and loose a little fat.
