this is an update from their..
hey guys, just thought id share a pic since show..
im 21lbs heavier here, i feel like i could be in competition shape with a week or two lol..
legs are still shredded, grainy, etc, even slight glutes...
training wise, i didnt have a break, straight after the show, took 1 day off now, training a higher volume, constant tension of the muscle, i feel like its working, as for diet, protein has been upped, carbs are still the same, the weight im gaining right now is from my 1 cheat meal a week, cardio is around 6-7days a week, depending on how i feel..
my stance is, if i dont feel burnt out / flat ill continue, aslong as my training sessions are immesne im getting stronger etc i dont see the rush to go 'crazy' on calories, ive got a long off season ahead, so theres plenty of time to adjust, im also having a bit more red meat, so probably more fats in there too!
