well at this point I dont think your going to gain any more LBM, a bulk would be rediculous idea 5 weeks out but dont quit, I would say focus on getting completely shredded even sacrafice a bit or a lot of muscle... maybe double cardio sessions from here on 1hr morn 1hr night? for your size 1500 calories/day seems good with that regiment, what is your precontest cycle looking like now as far as dieting goes... using the eyeball calpiers i would say your anywhere from 10-13%?? besdides that with this little ammount of time dedicate a lot of time to getting your posing routine down perfect you still have plenty of time to do that.
also when did you start the precontest regiment? how many weeks out, how has progress been and what have you done?

started dieting 20 weeks out gradually taking things out of the diet
started my cycle at 18 wks
wk 18-10 800mg of enanthate
wk 18-12 A-50's (100mg/day for 1st week, then 75, then 50 )
wk 13-1 400mg equipoise
wk 10-1 700mg prop, dropping dose for the last 4 wks
wk 12-6 75mg fina EOD
wk 10-1 ~300mg/ winny/wk
and 300 mg/wk masteron

and lastly, have cytomel and clen pump to burn more fat
