3)Wide grip pulldown 315-4x10
4)DB curl 40-3x10
5)Decline abs 50-4x15
Speed was awesome, I cracked another tooth. Its fucked and has to be pulled, they want to put a titanium replacement in at $4,000! I have a mouthguard but I must bite down like a fucking pitbull! I am supposed to get it yanked next Thursday but I'm sure I will destroy it by then!
