1. Floor Press: 45x3x3, 135x2x3, 185x3, 205x1, 225x1, 245x1, 250x1, 265x1-This is the most I have done taking the bar from the J hooks , 285xMissx2 Got it about half way up both times. (That is what she said last night...) Really focused on shoving the bar to lockout.-Done with a Reverse Grip-pointer finger on the rings.
