1)Speed squat 385/w blue bands 6x2
2)CHG back raised 12" 3x10
3)Wide grip pulldown 315-4x10
4)DB curls 40-3x10
5)Decline ABs 50lbs-4x20
This was the last week of my band wave, I will have 2 weeks of deloading with no bands. It all went well and I'm glad its over! I hate the bands but they get me strong as fuck! It was also a short workout because we went out to the drag races tonight. It is a 8th mile track, we had some nitro funny cars run tonight. The guy broke our track record at 3.55 seconds at 217 miles per hour! 6000 horse power! No fucking joke!
