Hey guys! 4 weeks out from the Pittsburgh and 6 weeks out from the Junior USA. Yesterday I weighed in at 254lbs on a high carb day. I was planning on being a heavy. Still might make it down there for Juniors, but I don't think that's an option for Pittsburgh. I feel fantastic and still haven't really "felt" the diet. Cardio remains at 4 sessions of 45mins per week. 7 meals per day, 2 high carb days, 2 high fat days.

Let me know what you guys think. I'm tanning my ass off, so color will be darker as show time comes.
 
Look really good! Your upper body has come a long ways in a short time. Great improvements from the last vid. My only thought at this point is why worry about the weight class? I've made that mistake in the past. Screw the scale, come in at your best. I know how hard that is first had, but trust me, you look great at 254 and I don't see you having 20lbs. to drop unless you're looking to drop HARD earned muscle. Just my 2 cents.

I could care less about the weight class. If I'm REALLY close, then I'll squeeze in. I just didn't know I was going to be this heavy. I guess that's a good thing!

Mine isn't any different. I'm not doing the logbook or DC training at this point of my prep. I ditched it about 8 weeks out because it just wasn't good for my mind. LOL. I'll go straight back to it in June after the Indy though!

I started for the first two months on the MWF routine, then advanced to the Push/Pull/Legs routine. There are only two plans, you just pick the exercises that work best for you.

You look impressive, I agree with Rob, I don't see much more of a weight loss.

HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF.
