You look to at least be on track 6 wks is a good bit of time.

I'll give two suggestions hit those abs harder use some weight when working them, practice sucking your stomach in and holding it tighter when doing a side pose.

Your hammies look a little weaker than the quad but pull your knees in closer together and lift a tad bit higher to make them look bigger.

Practice your posing and you'll be ok.

Suck in that stomach and stick out that chest.

Remember on the front bicep pose, to keep your biceps a bit higher than your shoulders...it will give the illiusion of bigger bis :)

the video perfect posing I liked a lot, only think i dont like is thier way of doing the front double bicep...
