I agree. Your chest looks fuller, better lat 'sweep' in the front double bicep, adductors look thicker which is giving your legs a great full look. Plus the back is coming along nicely.

I think most of my improvments are from just not being stressed out anymore...I can totally just focus on my family, work and training...Plus, this year im not focusing on using alot of "super supplements" Im using less this year than I ever have in a long time...Im focusing more on diet, cardio and training to get me into shape...In years past I was so stressed out, and put so much pressure im myself that I used more stuff than I should have...Now im just having fun again and doing it for me...

My diet right now at this point is high protein (about 400-450 grams per day, about 70 grams per meal x 6 meals) low carbs (about 100 per day, 50 morning and 50 post workout) on Weds and Saturdays I have a higher carb day (about 250-300 for the day, spread evenly at each meal) ...Fats are low, im not really adding in any healthy fats right now...but, as it gets closer and if I need to lower my carbs more I will add them in...

Cardio is alot right now...Im doing about 2 hours a day...sometimes more...LOL !!! I try to do 45-60 mins first thing in the morning...Then about 45-60 mins after a workout ( I have been hitting the gym 6 days a week, split my body up 6 ways) then at night if I have energy I will do another 30 mins...I know that seems like over kill, but it seems to be working right now... I dont think im losing muscle and my strengh is good...I do it all on the treadmill at a 7.5 incline going about 2.5 mph's ....Not to fast, so I think thats why im not buring up muscle....I alway's eat a protein meal right after I finsh a workout or cardio session...I'll back off on the cardio, when I feel I can, but for now I think I'll keep doing it until I feel im ready...

Training

Oh one more thing I forgot to mention...Alot of people remember training under Dante with DC training... I have actully went back to a more conventional type of training the past 6 months or so...It's not that I think DC training is wrong or wont work, but I just wanted a change of pace...I do a moderate volume program (12-15 sets for bigger bodyparts, 10-12 for smaller ones) and do mostly straight sets, with an forced rep here and there...Sometimes i will throw in a drop set or super sets...But, since im under a strict precontest diet, I dont do much higher intensity stuff...I do try to go as heavy as I can for 8-12 reps, but without many forced reps or negatives...I find that when I try to do alot of high intensity stuff my CNS gets fried...
