Bodyweight has been floating between 207-211 the past week or two.
I'm going to start pushing the diet a bit harder now, by adding in some 30 minute cardio sessions in the evenings on my low days.
So low days will now have 45 minutes of cardio every morning, and 30 minutes every evening.
