sitting at 221 lbs right now. 23 yrs old. still keeping calories and carbs pretty high and just dropping a pound or so a week. probably kick it up a notch over the next couple weeks just so I stay ahead of schedule.

I need at least another 30lbs of muscle to even make that plausible. However I will work hard to see if its possible. I hope your right though.
Had a nice size cheat meal today. well half assed cheat meal.
Had all you can eat sushi. had about 50 pieces total. at about the 36 mark I wasnt liking sushi as much. LOL only my 2nd time having sushi. I love it!!
I just couldnt pass it up. It was my birthday and you eat for free!!! Then I felt bad so I did some additional walking and didnt eat any addition carbs the rest of the day. Oh well 1 small cheat in a 16 week diet isnt going to kill me.
