well... here i am... 197 lbs and trying to get down to 187 lbs (LHW cutt off) in 8 weeks...my legs are too pathetic to post (just started doing squats last monday and trying to get my 6" quads back to a humungous 8" size :p )
please feel free to critique this sorry excuse for a LHW... things i've noticed:
1- chest sucks and always will...
2- left arm is has about 80 more lbs of muscle than the right
3- back thickness is non existant (working on that... back to deadlifts)
4- right shoulder is much bigger than left
5- the chrome dome isn't shiny enough to divert attention from the body... needs waxing

I think your upper body looks really good. In another 8 weeks your going to be 1 shredded mofo.

I agree with main......you're being a little tough on yourself here. I know it is easy to avert insecurities with humor.................but you still have 8 weeks to work with. I see a ton of potential here. Gotta give up the leg shot though for a real critique.

I think you are being waaay to hard on yourself because you look great. As far as one arm being slightly larger than the other, I think that is very common, myself included. Looks like you are well on your way to me.

You have a very good structure, and are in good shape for 8 weeks out.

Lots of potential to look really good with added size in the coming years.

Stop looking at what you dont have, and start loving what you do have. Only thing I see wrong with that physique is the attitude of the guy in it. Your awesome bro, and your going to be great regardless of how you do
 
You are being to hard on yourself, I can see you are right on schedule, just get shredded, to look great on stage. You upper body looks good, post your legs, probally not as bad as you think. Over the years, you will put on more size on a body that has good structure.

side tricep looks killer! you need to post totall body shots, even if your legs are small lets see how they flow with the rest of your body, and how far they are behind, lets see how lean they are (a lot of people hold fat and water in their legs) and lets see what type of shape your quads have to them. upper body is just fine bro, and will only get better with time, so lets look at the wheels.
 
You look pretty darn good to me. Keep it up and yes I know it is tough not be hard on ourselves because we are worst critics, but that is what keeps are us driven to be better!

thanks so much to everyone who replied... i really appreciate the kind words.

I think i was trying to be 'too humorous' with the comments. :) ... i just want to make it clear that i don't look down at my acheivements and i'm actually proud of turning my 135 lb skinny/fat body into this in less than a decade. I just posted the comments to sound a bit funny :D ...

I'm planning on competing in 7 contests from march til mid june. the first 2 are basically a joke and i'd consider them as a warm up. the next 3 are pretty tough and condition would easily win them. the last two are probably at the same level as the nationals in your country. people who weigh 85kg look like they weigh 120 kg and they come in bone dry and ripped to shreds. It's just something you can't do without the right genetics (look alot heavier than you really are). that's why i was being 'too hard' on myself :D ... i kept that contest in mind. even though there is a 1% chance of winning those last 2 contest, i'm willing to take that chance by trying my best to look my best. and i don't think i need to mention this to anyone since it's between me and myself, but i don't want people to think i'm severely OCD about this bodybuilding stuff, but i'm always proud of my achievements, because if you work hard, you'll always see progress and that's what we're looking for, right? :)

it's 12:40 am right now and i'm as sleepy as hell (thursday and friday are the weekend in my country)... i'll take some quick shots of the legs tomorrow and post'em!

Honestly, I can't see any flaw in your upper body, buselmo. Your proportions are very good and your overall look definitely pleasant to the eyes. And it will be even better in 8 weeks when you're shredded.

If anything you just need more mass... but we all do. :cool:

Side tri and side chest are especially impressive.

I notice that you and Lenny [another guy who just posted pics] have similar eating habits. That thread "what did you eat today?" .....both of you are eating like that...and both of you are quite lean .....and BIG! Both of you are thinking that you are fat! lol.

Obviously, the eating plan is effective.

It's cool to see pictures of you, Buselmo. Your physique is looking really good.

Up from 135?! Incredible!
