shelby your back thickness has improved leaps and bounds in the last couple of years, abs are deep, legs are crazy as ever(im jealous), your conditioning is great so don't try and kill yourself to get to middles if you don't have to.

Thanks for the props Brad. I don't know about the LHWs though.. I don't think I'm ready to play with the freaks like you quite yet.. maybe next year!

Looking right on track. Still holding on to your size which is good. Taper looks great and wheels are shredding up nicely. Go hard and you should do very well. keep it tight from now, this is the critical period. Looking real good bro!!
