Ya, that is a good plan and what Im planning on doing, trying to get right to where I want by about 2 weeks out, then touching up for the last 2 weeks. Ive been doing a good amount of cardio so far, but havent lowered the cals too low yet, but now is when i will step the cardio up a bit more and start lowering the cals. I have some real experienced ppl in my corner helping me out, so I defintiely couldnt have come this far without them. I know the e-cup puts out some shredded juniors so I'm gonna have to come in absolutely dialed in if i want to have a legit shot. I train at oregon state university's rec center. Pretty good gym, and a few dudes who have competed in multiple shows, so its good to have experience there. thanks for the input! gotta keep busting my ass if i deserve any shot at this.
