I knew a guy who was fishing in a river. The current swept him off his feet and a submerged forked stick jammed a big hole like that right next to his anus. Awful. The doc had to sew him up and it was this Egyptian Doc ...who didn't believe in pain meds. Wicked. The nurse told me the doc basically raped him sewing up the hole.
