Wostok, I'm not sure how big my arms are, its been ages since they've been measured. Maybe coming up on 18.
Nemesis, the only pullovers I've really done have been machine nautilus pullovers.
D Animal, I've begun doing some arm and forearm training. Usually no more than a few sets though.
Babygetoboy, thanks bro. For my training I train according to how I feel. I usually do no more than 4 working sets per body part. I like to hit it hard and quick. I keep things simple with my training and just try to keep adding weight to the bar. My diet is pretty much the same every day; 5500-7000 calories a day of sweet potatos, brown rice, ground beef, occasional chicken, lots of weight gainer, and then anything else I want on top of that (when aiming for 7k).
Brachialis and lynx, I am definitely going to be competing this spring/summer. I want to get some shows as a teenager done before my birthday in June. Maybe see if I can win a novice title as well.
