Your drive, dedication and work ethic are just phenomenal, and that in itself deserves not only major props, but above all RESPECT. You've done your homework and it shows, as you're looking truly AWESOME! I can only wish you to follow Shelby's footsteps in a near future... if you see what I mean!

Wow man...I don't know what to say honestly. It means a lot to hear that coming from somebody like you. I'm just keeping my eyes focused ahead and grinding away, we'll see where it takes me. I love this shit no matter what.

I love 6-ways. They are the best way to look like a complete sissy (I rarely go over 8 lbs or so) Definitely a great way to finish off the delts.

Ya, when I did them last night, I thought I saw you using 20# or 25# DBs, so I grabbed the 15# DBs and was struggling and thought to myself how the hell is Flex using the 25#ers! LMAO. Good to know I am not the only one feeling like a sissy doing them. It was kind of funny though the looks I was getting from everyone when I was using such light dumbbells.

I do wish you the best of luck this season as I know how hard it is to compete and I enjoy watching your progress each year.
