Hey guys.Im trying to decide if i should cut with or without steroids at this moment.Let me explain what i did these following months:
As of september,I came off and maintained until about mid october.I then went on a cut until 2 weeks ago and lost quite a bit.I also know i lost some muscle and lots of strenght.Now my plan was to maintain during the holidays and then go on another 4 week diet Starting the first week of January to lose the final pounds that i have.
After my cut,i wanted to start a cycle.I also know though that the first few weeks will be putting back on the muscle that i have lost.Now what i was thinking instead was instead of waiting after my cut to start juicing..wouldnt it be better to juice while doing my one month cut in order TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of muscle memory and LOSE wieght at the same time?In other words,can i gain back what i lost while in a calorie deficit seeing ivebeen off a few months..and at the same time lose some fat??Ive heard many stories of people gaining back what they lost very quickly,even if they arent eating alot.Of course though once ive gained back what i have lost,i understand that i need to EAT to grow new muscle.
