What do you guys do to keep your calories in a surplus?

When I was younger I had no problem bulking but now I have a hard time eating enough calories .

Yes now I’m 230 .i cut down from 260 fat as hell to 180 8% body fat,then started bulking now I sit at 230 at around 15-20% .do you even read my reply’s.
All I wanted to know if there was something I can take to increase my appetite and it turned into a shit show.
Just want to gain another 10-15 pounds depending on where my body fat is as I’m growing.
I never claimed to be impressive or anything else.
It was a simple question and for those who answered respectfully I appreciate It.the rest of you ,post your own pic!!! that doesn’t have anything to do with what I asked.
I even called myself fat and I’m not trying to impress anybody but myself!!!
I feel like I’m in high school with these responses.
That’s why I don’t post here everyone jumps at you for no reason.
Simple questions require simple answers .where did I post 2 times???
This is the only post I made in awhile and now I know why,you guys can’t handle the shit you take and act as if your something special.

make a cut because with 15-20% body fat you are simply fat as fuck so don't be surprised that you have no appetite because your ghrelin level is in the sky

15% - 20%?!?
You don’t need another 15lbs. If you’re carrying 15%+ bodyfat you’re eating PLENTY of calories to support growth.
 
When I’m bulking I don’t try to make my gains all fat. Iv never been 20% bf. He is right that is fat as fuck. And if you went from 8% at 180 to 230 and 20% fat you didn’t gain any muscle at all and I don’t believe youv been bodybuilding for 33 years. Or you’d have this all figured out. Your not bodybuilding if your 20% bf lol that’s obesity bro.

You actually asked “how do you keep your calories in a surplus?l!! What kind of replies were you expecting? This:

Consume a surplus of calories every day.

Or,

Eat more calories than you burn.

Or, to get really detailed,

Figure out how many calories someone your height and weight needs to eat to maintain and then eat more than that.

I mean, did you need to join a bodybuilding forum and ask bodybuilders that? It’s easy to see why some here would be annoyed. It’s one step up from posting “what do you guys do when you have to take a crap?”
