What do you eat pre and post?

Pre is always yogurt, fruit, bit of whey, greens powder and some sort of decent cereal (puffed rice etc). This is usually 1.5hrs prior.

Post - low fat real food. Could be a egg white frittata with rice or potatoes, chicken/rice etc.
 
I’m a weirdo and train primarily fasted.
I’ll get up and drink 1/2 of my intra as im walking into the gym, finish it before im done.

PWO is usually 150-200g of rice based cereal, whey egg white shake and maybe some OJ. Been doing that for yearsss now.
I don't see how you guys do it. I'd fall over. My hat is off to guys like you.
 
Pre- cup of oatmeal with 50gr whey isolate mixed in, 6gr citrulline. I get up have that and I'm in the gym 40-45 minutes later.

Post- Half carton liquid egg whites with 2 whole eggs (62gr protein), cup oatmeal, 3 pieces bacon, 1 avocado, 2 Pop Tarts. :D

I hit the gym around 5am. So my post meal is really my breakfast/post workout meal.
 
I still like the Viz diet

Pre - faye, COR, fruit
Post - whey isolate, honey nut cherrios.

My intra is careless right now
EAA, BCAA (flavoring), creatine, glutamine, beet root powder, electrolytes, taurine.

I work swing shift so when I'm on dayshift I train fasted at 4:00am so everything stays same except not pre workout meal of course.
Never been able to see how guys like you do it. I would pass the fook out. Lol.

No I have yogurt with fruit in it (strawberries and blueberries) and the COR on the side.

Perhaps i'm a weirdo but i add the choco flavoured COR on top of yogurt and then i spread 10-15gr nut butter. A friend of mine who tried it didn't like the consistency of hot COR and cold yogurt but i like it a lot.

It's the easiest and fastest digestable calories i can get pre, post or any time of the day. In previous push phase i went up to 500gr ff Greek yogurt with 200gr COR and 20gr PB and in 60 minutes i was able to squat or deadlift without having any bloat or reflux. Works wonders for me.
 
90min Pre: iso whey 25gms
1/4 cup Baby rice cereal, teaspoon of honey cinnamon, tablespoon of applesauce

Intra: eaa 10gms, dextrose20 gms
sugar-free pink lemonade

Immediately Post:whey/casein/egg 50gms, dextrose 50gms,
5gms creatine

I mix my yogurt into COR all the time. Honestly didn’t think it was weird to do 🤷‍♂️

Hey man, yeah i personally do it that way. I tried pouring water and microwave it like many do but i didn't like it. For the one i use it needs a bit over 4 times the amount in water eg 150gr COR - 650ml boiled water but you'll find this yourself.

I eat my normal meal/s pre workout. A shake right the workout after then back to my meal plan for. Been doing that since the 80's
 
Two hours pre: 280g cooked chicken, 280g fruit

I'll drink a good bit of my intra 10-15 minutes before training.

Post is either whey, frosted bran and honey. Or just more chicken and fruit, sometimes rice.

i more or less tried everything on earth over the years as my pre:
nothing
shake
cream of rice+whey+fruit
cream of rice+whey+fruit+10g nutbutter
same as the 2 above with oats
chicken and rice
....
also experimented with timing, everything from 3h pre to 30min pre.

at the end of the day, i always go back to a very light pre workout option
90min pre: 35g clear whey (hydrolyzed whey)
intra, which around one third of it i down at the beginning of the workout: 25g clear whey, 15g eaas, 10g glutamine peptides, 25g cyclic dextrine, 10g creatine
around 30 post: 120g oats, 60g whey, 250g blueberries
around 90min after that: 300g lean meat, 200g champignons, 90g carbs from rice or noodles or bread
 
Pre-workout: Maybe a Trader Joe's muffin and a protein shake.

Post: I'm usually not too hungry. So a protein shake with a scoop of carb powder.

Im loving clear whey too
