I always just ate healthy. Drink my protein …….
But this year decided to do a bulk. Never had much of an appetite so while I got big. Never crazy crazy huge. This year I purposely ate like a pig for 4 months. Healthy but in larger more frequent than ever. Gained 45 lbs. omg. I needed xxxl shirts. So last month did the carnivore and lost 33 in under 3 weeks.
Kinda wanna keep repeating bulk then cut but reading most gain like 2 lbs a month. Just doesn’t seem like a lot.
Does anyone shoot for a particular gain of pounds. Them cut I’m older and wish I did a lot differently. Spending 3 hours min in gym. Goin to gym 2x a day. I don’t think any of it helped. Getting more from 60-90 one maybe two body parts a day.
Just curious and the whole internet is full of clueless idiots with bs advice anymore.
