What do you guys do to keep calories in a surplus?
There is no secret. Eat food. What do you guys do to keep calories in a surplus?
I have no problem getting in enough protein.it’s easy for me to cut now but bulking is much harder.Eat food you enjoy. Eating a ton of food is the easiest thing in the world..look around at your fellow citizens. If you have a bird appetite eat calorie dense food that goes down easy vs chicken breast and brocoli
I’m force feeding myself to get calories in and my workouts are very intense and been lifting for 33 years.its just the last few years , my body changed. My question is this- if you don’t have the heart, fortitude or balls to eat how do you even train hard enough to matter? Lol everyone here knows eating is the real work. No one wants to eat 8 meals when you’re only hungry for 2-3 meals. But that’s how you grow. Pretty simple. Your workouts must be pretty wimpy too. You’ll figure it out or you won’t. Bodybuilding isn’t for everyone even if they want to fool themselves thinking it is.
Only pre workout.that shouldn’t effect the rest of the day.I’m at the gym at 5am so by 9am it’s out of my system. Are you taking any stimulants?
Hit up subway. Footlong sub is about 1k calories and you can eat it in 2 minutes and want another.I have no problem getting in enough protein.it’s easy for me to cut now but bulking is much harder.
The funny thing is when I was younger it was the complete opposite.
I’m basically force feeding myself to get in more carbs.
Is there anything I can take to stimulate my appetite?
I even tried smoking weed and that used to give me the munchies but now even that doesn’t make me hungry.
I smoke for medical reasons and my doctors told me to smoke to help my symptoms ,which it works really well for just doesn’t increase my appetite when I do.
If you have the protein down, carbs should be easy.I have no problem getting in enough protein.it’s easy for me to cut now but bulking is much harder.
