ever since i have been here i have loved your posts and your insight into this sport.
i was wondering if you would be willing to share some of your best resulting workouts and diets you have followed over the years. im not interested ain any special supps regime just workouts/ days per week/ foods and food intake starting from the early years what built your mass through to your competitve life and what if anything did you change.
i am sure there are loads of people on here that would love to hear it....
