we still don't know what's going to happen... we have another contest in 3 weeks and we're gonna see if these guys show up again or not. if they do, i guess it'll be the same outcome.

I remember for my first contest back in 2005, I used to practice posing for 2 hours a day 8 weeks before the contest... that's probably the base of my posing right there. I had guys at the gym give me hints and shit and i guess if you get it right from all that practice, you don't have to practice anymore
... I usually tell this to all the guys on our team, but none of them practice at all... some people really look fucking amazing, but when they pose, it all goes to shit... seems like they hide their strong points and try to look smaller and show all their weak points...

I just wish i had the thickness in the back to match... I've probably been doing all back thickness movements wrong for the past 8 years... because in the last couple of months, my back thickness went up a lot when i started using my ... ummm... how can i explain it... i guess pulling with my shoulder blades instead of my arms and lats to hit the rhomboids...

i'm thinking of switching all my carb sources to fruits (pineapples, mangos, and grapes) and just keep carbs contant while i increase cardio... i wanna see what happens if i do 2-3 hours of cardio a day while keeping carbs high. never tried that... so we'll see
... it's too late to look good for this season. i'm probably gonna stay lean all this year and try to gain just 2-3 lbs of muscle and come in shredded next year (planning on dropping a lot of weight to be completely ripped)... i'm starting to care less and less about weight and mass every year... so hopefully i won't be too psychologically disturbed when i see my weight go down to 85 kg next year
So basically, if any skinny/overweight guy from the audience had shown up on stage, he would have won the contest and been called a "bodybuilding champion", right?
