1-2 times per week. I usually do 2-4 sets. I do cable crunches with weights (10-15 reps) of leg lifts 15 reps, or an ab machine...
 
about the same for me actually...except I do sets of 25
 
I didn't post mine so here it is. I do abs 1-2 times a week at 4 sets, 20-25 reps.
 
I you train heavy regularly, you train abs. Unless dieting for a show, or if you have shallow crappy abs, I don't bother training them specifically. Just makes my workouts even longer.
 
I usually don't train them at all. With the program I'm on, about every other month I'll hit them 1x a week for 3-5 sets of 8-15 reps. That's a lot of ab training for me, lol.
 
1-2 times per week. Weighted knee lifts 3-4 sets 12-15 reps. Cable crunches 3-4 sets 25 reps each.
