adex taper???

I know that adex can cause a rebound effect in estrogen. I want to avoid this at all cost. I had a really bad letro rebound before, does adex rebound as bad as letro?

How do you taper off adex? Im at 1mg ED?

Warrior- I will say I have no experience with letro and rebound affects. I do want to offer what I hope is "educated speculation."

1mg of adex per day is quite a lot actually as many of the studies involving women and breast cancer reduction/therapy were in this range (and even lower). I believe most men using special supplements typically only take .25-.5mg EOD. Are you still on any special supplements that might significantly increase testosterone levels? That of course is a large factor to consider.

If I personally were going to taper, I think I would also employ Aromasin as a "bridge" to being completely off any type of AE. With that said, if it were me, I might try a "half-dose" taper until off. Meaning, .5mg ED for one week, then .5mg EOD for one week, then .25mg EOD for one week, then .25mg x 2 for one week. Again, along with Aromasin up to a month after my last dose of A-dex.

More experienced brothers, if you have something in mind that you would do personally that is a better suggestion please do share.
