Took these after eating breakfast, wanted to get them prior to but was very hungry after walking my dog. So this is with 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, Ezekiel toast with 1 tbsp. grassfed butter, raw honey and probably 16oz water (I am very parched when I wake up)
I'm still fat, so not like a pic prior to eating would've made much of a difference
I realize lighting really sucks too. But I read a post of Shelby's on facebook and he made a great point, take pictures in crappy lighting to really bring out your weak points. Well, they're all weak lmao!!! But I know what I need to work on
My legs SUCK!!!!!!
I understand my limitations with my right leg, but my gosh do they suck! From the side they're not "bad", they look thicker. From the front.....sticks
Being ghostly white doesn't help, I'm running MTII so hopefully it'll give them some color. It doesn't seem to make it to my legs though, may have to SQ in the thighs?
I'm nowhere near where I want to be, but I am far from where I was, so for that I am thankful! Thank you again DQ for this opportunity
