I am starting a cycle (although might be using them for a long time) of GHRP-2, CJC-1295 ( mod GRF(1-29) ), and LR3 IGF-1. They will be used for healing the tendinitis in my left elbow, and also strengthening all joint and tendons to avoid future injury as I do alot of rough sports and it's easy to get hurt. Also increased performance and fat loss would be a plus. Here is my protocol, please give any advice or tweaks you see fit, thank you.
Wake up:
9:00 a.m
Protein only breakfast
9:30 a.m
100mcg GHRP-2
100mcg CJC-1295
6:30 p.m
Protein and high carb meal
7:00 p.m
Pre-workout
40mcg IGF-1 (EOD)
8:15 p.m
Post-workout
Protein shake (no carbs)
8:45 p.m
100mcg GHRP-2
100mcg CJC-1295
11:30 p.m
Protein only meal
12:00 p.m
Bedtime
100mcg GHRP-2
100mcg CJC-1295
All other meals than the protein only meals will have carbs and some fats.
