these are not very recent now photos but i gained a considerable amount of mass naturally so im proud to show it off 190 lbs 5'10" went from 165 to 190 aas free this time round

i know

well the diet is mainly the factor here i eat like a damn pig honetly no strict nething as far as food. prior to this 8 weeks i even tried test and dbol again and it just messed up my appetite and made me sleep all day every day so i might never use gear again til im 30 or older. i dont know how the fuck i gained so much weight and still kept my hard look. ill post more pics after my next 4 weeks and see what happens then lol thanks guys for all the kind words
