Just curious what you guys think about the airborn lawsuit that has recently been settled. I think its a crock cause airborn is a great product, but apparently some people thought it would actually cure illness.

Anyone hear about it?

Well now they are paying out. You can get up to the amount of six boxes of airborn back without proof of purchase. I feel bad for the people who started the company. I believe they have a really good product. Its not their fault a bunch of retards thought airborn is the cure to the cold.

It just another case of a bunch of idiots hiring a greedy lawyer and trying to make a quick buck. Another waste of time for the US legal system. When is this crap going to stop???

They were saying that Airborne said it was a "remedy" for the common cold. I feel that it may have some benefit to help boost your immune system, how much i dont know but that is what started the lawsuit. If you really wanna see a bunch of stupid lawsuits check this out!

Isn't vitamin c clinically proven to help shorten the length of colds and boost immune function? What about glutamine? I thought glutamine was an amino that fueled the immune system. I say this whole suit was probably spearheaded by some big pharma or fda people who didn't want to see a drop in sales. The last thing the world needs is healthier people.

Airborne is a crap product that does not boost immune function. Vitamin C has only been shown boost the immune system of people who work out, far from the general populace, and while glutamine and the other smattering of crappy low grade raw materials they have in that product may do something to boost immune function, they most certainly will not do anything at the doseages contained in a packet of airborne. Sheeple are so easily scammed out of their money because of the effective marketing of products like airborne. Class action lawsuits are a joke but airborne is a crappy product with some misleading marketing.
