I am just starting to get into the world of fitness and personal body scuplting, alittle ove a year ago I was extremelly overweight 5'7 230lbs never even seen a gym since then I have been hitting the gym 6X week 1/12hr weights 30min abs 1hr cardio I am now at a weight of 189lbs have good but not great muscle def. and want to start taking it to the next level I was thinks about using androgel since I have it on hand can anybody give me there thougths on the best way to get the most out of this product ?? thank you all for your time =-)
