Another client, 7 weeks out

Another before and after of a client, currently 7 weeks out of his first bodybuilding show ever.

This guy will probably have some loose skin on his stomach but we'll do our best...

If he sustains his new body composition will his skin tighten up significantly over time? The fellow who was my best man at my wedding has a similar problem. He has been obese most of his life and has only recently managed to bring his weight down to a more reasonable level. He tend to talk about going for a tummy tuck.

If it's a decent amount, he'll probably need surgery.

Once skin is stretched a LOT, it's not going to go back to where it once was. It has no reason to.

Looks alot better. You are right about the loose skin, if it is excessive he might need a skin tuck. You could try GH to tighten up some of it.

Some would call it a wives tale but it worked for me. And his is a more severe case... I got the Prep H from canada. Put it on before tanning, and then apply it before cardio w/ some plastic wrap around the waist.

Also, freaking awesome transformation.

He's just pulling them in, like a vacuum pose.
