Very nearly. I eat eggs for breakfast and usually chicken breast and veg for dinner. Once in a while I will eat some tuna and rice for lunch if I feel like it. If not it's out of the blender! it is an awesome way to diet. No bloating, and easy. LBA's throughout the day and whey isolate with some oats and fruit in a blender for the others. I throw in some fibre as well. Loads of energy for training and well the results are on display!wow
and you weigh the same on the scale?

Yes my lifts are improving at almost every workout. To be honest I do not measure BF. I use the mirror as my guide. But the BF is decreasing steadily. My weight is fluctuating between 122.5 and 123.5kgs or floating at the 270lb mark. Thanks for your comments! it is appreciated.Looking great! any guess as to what the % of bf has changed? since you're weighing the same, i'm going to assume even tho you're losing fat, you're lifts are all increasing?
