After seeing "peanuts" post, and after posting a pic of my legs in the past...I figured I would throw up a quick pic of my upper body to show the changes I have made with Phil. Please excuse the crappy quality as I had my GF take my pic when I first started with him, and I snapped this one the other day with my cell.

But these are my changes in about 3 months with Phil. I know it's hard to see, but you can get an idea, and I will get better ones to post. The changes are more dramatic in person, and I can't say enough good things about him.

Also guys, I am no mass monster like most on here :D , only ~165 lbs. But my frame suits my Aikido and boxing.

Thanks. I am about 12 lbs down between pics. Food, LBA's, and a multi are all that I am currently doing. I haven't even started cardio yet...:eek: (I forgot to tell Phil that I haven't done any). Guess he knows now. Maybe my grappling classes will count as such**please**
 
You certainly look a lot bigger than 165!

Thank you. Don't know why it slipped my mind...Doh!!! But I get some pretty intense cardio sessions away from the gym with my other classes.

Hey oldfella, here is the closest thing I could get to a whole body shot, plus another upperbody. This was this morning at the gym. Sorry, still same crappy cell...but it kind of puts it in perspective. Oh, I didn't get my calves, but they are kind of a strong point on me anyway. And I'm still 5'6", and still 165lbs! :D

Damn bro, 165:eek: I agree with Phil, you look 200 or better! Nice and thick. Get that chest to come up a bit more (I know you're workin on it:) ) and it will balance your arms and shoulders a bit more. Looking very solid though. Good work!!

Chest is a weak point for me, but I'm amazed at the changes it has went through as well since starting with Phil. It's one of my priorities. Shoulders and back have always been a strong point.
