After seeing "peanuts" post, and after posting a pic of my legs in the past...I figured I would throw up a quick pic of my upper body to show the changes I have made with Phil. Please excuse the crappy quality as I had my GF take my pic when I first started with him, and I snapped this one the other day with my cell.
But these are my changes in about 3 months with Phil. I know it's hard to see, but you can get an idea, and I will get better ones to post. The changes are more dramatic in person, and I can't say enough good things about him.
Also guys, I am no mass monster like most on here , only ~165 lbs. But my frame suits my Aikido and boxing.
