Haven't seen anyone mention one of Texas' greats named Anthony Clark in a while. Found a couple of cool videos on youtube of him back in the day.

He has successfully benched 700 pounds or greater 17 times in competition

I met him in 96
he was a big boy.
I had no idea he died though, although I remember hearing rumors of it.....before he made a guest appearance at a ADFPA meet I entered in 96.
talk about BS!
but he died already?
he was only like 30 years old when I met him. that's too young to die.

I was talking to a guy at my gym last night who also met him and watched him at a few events. He told me that he had to go get Anthony backstage b/c Anthony was making a guest appearance and lift for the audience. He said Anthony was backstage eating boxes of doughnuts and was a fat pig. Said he was out of breath by the time he walked to the front to do his bench for everyone. lol. Some people seem to like him, but others don't. Kind of weird.
