About a month ago I was doing pulldowns and I ripped something in my forearm. Swoll up pretty good and some bruising(blood).
I gave it some rest and I tried doing chin ups last night and the pain is back.
The only thing I am doing different is that I added some creatine caps to my diet.
I'm going to rest, ice and motrin for a few days.
Any suggestions on rehab?
