Any ideas?

First a bit about me, ive used almost every AAS around so I have a good grasp of my body and what im doing. Im In my 30's around 250# bodyfat around 15%. I havnt used any AAS in sometime and have been recently running 400mgs of test prop a week with no issues then dropped it down to 50mgs EOD with 50mgs of winni a day (orally) and suddenly my left nipple is getting very sensitive and puffy. Ive run over 1500mgs of test before and never had an issue. THis is my second attempt at using winni, first attempt got dirty mex vet grade winni that made me sick so I stopped, this time after a week or so I feel harder and strength slightly increasing but this damn pain and sensitivity to my nip has me really stressed out any good ideas to nip this in the nip?The gear should be good its mlg's and ive used him in the past with great satisfaction and suggestions on a decent research chem place to locate the needed remedy? thanks
