Hey natural nuts are good fat and protein source. healthy snacks, good or the skin. But Dried fruit usually contains preservative and high in sugar so not great. just eat fresh fruit.. blueberries are great, grapefruit love it...figs and dates are good fibre sources but in moderation. I like them.. I eat them .. suppose it depends on your goals?Hello

You can sub in Greek yogurt for mayo and chop up any kind of veggies you like in the chicken salad, like onions, leeks, scallions, celery, cucumber...etc.
If you want to up the fat content you can use the mayo made with olive oil or add some chopped nuts for a crunch.

Agreed! Chicken Salad made w/ Greek Yogurt is delicious. I add scallions, Dijon mustard, dill, a few grapes sliced up and walnuts...

And I dont eat bread so have no sandwich suggests.. but I like cayenne pepper on cooked chicken breast.. gives it a nice kick..or mix a spoon of natural peanut butter in when cooked n chopped lovely...
