My wonderful wife has done it again by altering a delicious recipe to make it diet friendly delicious way to add chicken to your diet that isn't bland.
Parmesan Garlic Chicken
(Healthy version of the viral tiktok parmesan garlic chicken)
6 lb chicken breast cut cubed small
2 pks of garlic parmesan powder (Seasoning packet for wings)
1 pk Zesty Italian dressing seasoning
large can of fat free cream of chicken soup
1 soup can full of chicken broth
*** Pressure cook for 10 min, quick release pressure***
You can add a corn starch slurry to thicken the liquid if you want
The added calories to the chicken is about 500 for the whole recipe via carbs , IF , you eat all the sauce with the chicken otherwise the added calories are minimal.
Estimated that cooked weight is about 5lb so that is 80oz total , about 10 serving for a male.
This goes great over spaghetti squash if you are counting carbs or rice if you're adding carbs.
