Anyone else like Sam-e?

I've taken sam-e in the past and I can say for myself its one of the best supplements i've taken. But it is a bit pricey; does anyone know of a reputable place to buy bulk sam-e?

I definately noticed mood enhancement and also my joints felt a lot better. The positive effect on mood is why I would prefer this over some other joint supplements.

Maybe bi-polar was the wrong description. It made me extremely depressed for about 30 minutes then back to normal for an hour then depressed for awhile then back. This went on for the entire time I used it, about a week. I finally said "forget this crap"!! and threw it away.

hey Thor you may respond well to it. Don't just take my experience to heart. I'd give it a shot if you're interested.

However, I've never had a supplement "F" with my head like this before. It is powerful stuff. As soon as I quit I felt great again, so...

I just started using it again, but the last time I used it was during a ph cycle and I felt pretty good on it. I would say its worth it to give it a try.
