The research seems pretty good and I've run it multiple times over the years since it came on the scene, but can't say I've noticed a whole lot from it. That includes the early days when Antaeus Labs had their powder version; I bought multiple tubs and went up to like 2.5 or 3 grams but again, didn't notice any real discernable difference that I recall.
In more recent times to try it again I've used Alpha Lion and SNS' product (fan of SNS in general), but stuck around 500mg for dose, getting the same "meh" results from adding it. But, being ever stubborn, I'm not opposed to giving it another shot at like 1.5 grams, haha.
I also seem to recall a discussion, I think on the AM board, about a genetic reason why L-BAIBA might not be as effective in some users...
